My new favorite window treatment is the solar roller shade. It’s simple, clean, and there are many  fabric choices ( from very sheer to opaque, and even black out). And they are economical. It’s easy to forget about the exterior when you are getting ready to put your house on the market. However, it’s really important to consider curb appeal no matter what time of year it is.
